Telling a story about visiting a friend.

I’m not looking for marriage necessarily, just a comfortable back and forth, something that can start slowly. Has anyone ever had a decent relationship come out of online dating? To me, it always feels so forced.

Do you think the chances of finding a relationship on dating sites are slim? Do you think people just go on them to hookup? I was on one and I felt like every guy I talked to just wanted sex. Is it just better to avoid online dating all together?

I met this guy on line. We,ve talked and seen eachother in the webcam. His the perfect guy for me. And now, he asked me out. i really like him but can a relationship last long through the Internet? Or should I just be friends with him?

I am a sophmore student athlete in college. I havnt had much luck with girls on my campus because most of them sleep with anyone and anybody. Since im away from home, i have been using myspace to talk to girls back at my home. Im startin to fall for this one girl and i plan on meeting her when i get back.

Meetin people online seems to work for me very well. Is it ok to do this? I have better luck meeting girls online then i do in person sometimes. i am really wanting to meet a man for a permanant relationship and i like to go to the local bar for a few drinks with friends but do not want to meet them there. i just broke up with a man after 2 1/2 yr relationship but went on like 4 dating sites online. i am always told how cute and attractive i am …we start talking then finally meet and sometimes they do not even look like their pic..but i really am getting a complex we meet for dinner or lunch or coffee and i have only had at the most 2 dates. I just had this man same age as me 49 and he is a blast and gave me roses and called everyday took me to lunch had wonderful conversation. then took me just the other nite to a really nice place and had dinner…now no call. i just don’t get it…what am i doing wrong and don’t say that i am trying too hard sometimes yes but i am getting a real complex and depressed over it.
